Easy baked bananas for breakfast

As recommended by one of my customers, this is an easy and a delicious breakfast or desert, which is one of your 5 a day!

Bake a ripe banana with skin on in the oven on for 12 minutes. Slice in half, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with natural yoghurt and a handful of Simply SeedZ Honey & Ginger Seed Mix.
