Simple Desert with Greek Yoghurt, Raspberrys and Crunchy Muesli

A simple & easy desert that is not only quick to make, it tastes & looks great and is one of your five a day!

Ingredients (per person)

2 tbsp Rachels Coconut Greek Yoghurt

Fresh Raspberries

1 tsbp Crunchy ‘Munchy’Muesli – Blueberry & Apricot from SeedZ

Put two tablespoons of yoghurt in wine glass, add one table spoon of Crunchy Muesli,  decorate with handful of fresh raspberries!  Now how easy is that??  It not only looks good, but is really scrummy!!

Other yoghurts and fresh fruit work just as well 🙂
