2kg Leg of Lamb
Good handful of fresh chopped Rosemary (or dried will do)
3 cloves of garlic (peeled)
Heat oven to 170 degrees
Take 1 whole leg of lamb (2kgs), place in roasting tim
Criss-cross with a sharp knife and insert slithers of peeled garlic and chopped rosemary.
Drizzle with olive oil and season well.
Cook slowly for approx 2 1/2 hours, until meat is tender, pink and juicy.
Remove from roasting tin and place on serving plate to rest.
Sprinkle generously with Simply SeedZ Rosemary and Garlic Seed mix, to give a crunch to your lunch!!
Serve with seasonal vegetables and mint sauce – YUM!!
