Simple to make Bircher Muesli for Breakfast

My very popular Bircher Muesli recipe is just so easy to prepare for your breakfast tomorrow morning, with no cooking required!

Ingredients (to make 2 x 75g portions)

150g SeedZ Bircher Muesli Mix (Apricot & Cranberry or Banana & Blueberry)

150ml of apple juice or orange juice

1 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt

Put all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly.

Cover and chill – for best results minimum 2 hours or preferably overnight.

To serve, grate some apple or slice some banana

If you want a slightly softer consistency, add a little more juice.

Once made your Bircher Muesli will keep for up to 5 days in fridge, if you can resist it for that long 🙂
