This quick and easy recipe using healthy seeds and brocolli could be one of your 5 a day.
- 1 tbsp Golden rapeseed oil
- Brocolli Florets
- 1 Packet of your favourite seedz
Heat 1 tbsp golden rapeseed oil in pan, add some cooked broccoli florets and lightly toss for 3-4mins, sprinkle your favourite SeedZ to add that wonderful crunch, and serve!
Light and healthy. If you are not a fan of brocolli, then cauliflower makes an ideal substitute. Perfect for a light lunch, sidedish or evening snack.
