A simple & easy desert that is not only quick to make, it tastes & looks great and is one of your five a day!
Ingredients (per person)
2 tbsp Rachels Coconut Greek Yoghurt
1 tsbp Crunchy ‘Munchy’Muesli – Blueberry & Apricot from SeedZ
Put two tablespoons of yoghurt in wine glass, add one table spoon of Crunchy Muesli, decorate with handful of fresh raspberries! Now how easy is that?? It not only looks good, but is really scrummy!!
Other yoghurts and fresh fruit work just as well 🙂
I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed the variety of sports that are included in the London 2012 Olympics! Down side though, I can’t watch very much of the live action (I have to work, like so many of us), so have to rely on BBC highlights, website & twitter to find out what’s going on!
Handball – never seen it played before and with a sticky ball that picks up all the dirt from the floor (pitch?) YUCK. Apparently the ball has a coating of some sticky substence as otherwise the ball is difficult to grip! As long as TeamGB manage to let go when shooting for goal, we’ve got a good chance at another medal (fingers crossed)
And what about the Badminton scandal – can’t really believe any team would try to deliberately loose a match, but that’s what seems to have happened and now those teams have been disqualified.
Anway, looks like Ben Ainslie has got his work cut out to sail past the leading Danish sailor, but there’s still hope that Ben will come good. Come on Ben!!

Easy Summer Salad with Gorgonzola & SeedZ
This salad is a perfect accompaniment to any BBQ meat or fish and is one of your 5 a day!
Ingredients: 3-4 good handfuls of Mixed salad leaves (eg rocket, spinach, watercress, lollo rosso)
1 tbsp British Golden Rapeseed Oil
200g Gorgonzola cheese, cut into 1/2inch chunks
1 x packet of Worcester Sauce SeedZ
Put salad leaves into big serving bowl, add chunks of Gorgonzola and toss. Drizzle over rapeseed oil, add SeedZ and serve!
Other cheeses work well, especially parmesan broken into chunks too!
