Work in Progress….New Recipes

Decided to try a few new recipes this week:

Deliciously Belgian dark chocolate seed bars with Apricot and Sultana and a Dark Chocolate Ginger version, both containing pumpkin and sunflower seeds and jumbo oats.  Going by the taster samples given out, think they are going to be extremely popular.  Just need to work out how to package and importantly cut into equal sizes, to avoid risk of squabble over who’s got the largest bar…..

Also as it’s the start of the porridge season (yay I hear you cry) my new Date & Apricot Porridge will be available this weekend at Malvern Farmers Market. I’ve invested in a little stove, so that you will be able to buy a ready to eat pot of porridge at future events 🙂
