Baked Apple & Cinnamon Oats

This is so delicious and so very simple to make!
Heat Oven 185c (fan)
2 x mugs of Simplyseedz Apple & Cinnamon Porridge
1 x large apple (Pink Lady), chopped (save a few slices for the top)
1 ½ mugs oat milk
1/3rd mug mixed fruit & nut (from Lidl 😊)
Place all ingredients (except apple slices & cinnamon powder) in a large bowl, and mix well.
Pour into oven proof baking dish
Add a few slices of apple and a sprinkling of cinnamon
Bake for approx. 25/30 mins until lightly browned.
Serve hot for breakfast or as a dessert with crème freche, cream, ice cream yoghurt & top with fresh berries.
