Have a jolly (good) Simplyseedz Christmas! 
 
 
 
 
We've lots of ideas for a healthy Christmas and here are just a few of our favourite suggestions 
 
 
1 Spice up the Veg! 
Sprinkle some baked pumpkin seeds on vegetables to get a lovely crunch with your Christmas lunch, for example, pop some Hot Chilli or Jalapeno & Kaffir Lime on mashed potato - its yummy! 
 
2 Christmas (tipsy) Porridge 
Add a wee dram of whisky (well it is Christmas!) into your porridge and serve with a little mascarpone or nut butter (our favourite is Jakes Boost nut butters) 
 
3 Go cheat on the Crisps! 
Offer guests seeds instead of nuts to nibble with pre-dinner drinks. Go on cheat on the crisps & have a seedy affair! 
 
4 Secret Santa?

5 Simplyseedz stuffing! 
Simply add some baked pumpkin seeds (salted or mixed peppercorn) to your sage & onion stuffing mix, and cook in the usual way. 
 
6 Simplyseedz Raspberry & Lemon Cranachan 
For a simple desert mix Simply Plain Porridge with some lemon greek yoghurt (we like Rachels). Pop into shot glasses & top with a few raspberries. Keep chilled until required. We love, this as there's no cooking required!! A pot will make approx 3 servings for desert! 
 
 
7 Cheese (bored?) 
Make your cheese board a little more interesting this year and offer Baked pumpkin seeds alongside the stilton. 
 
8 Sprouts Simplyseedz Style! 
 
Believe us, seeds really do make sprouts better! 
Slice your sprouts and pan fry in rapeseed oil, with a little pancetta or halloumi. When the sprouts have cooked (they should still be bright green but softened), add some mixed peppercorn or hot chilli pumpkin seeds and toss through before serving. 
 
9 New Years Day Breakfast 
Welcome the New Year in with a good protein breakfast that will set you up for that brisk New Years Day walk. 
 
Ingredients: 
 
2 x slices of good quality artisan bread, 
avocado, sliced 
4 eggs 
Mediterranean Herb Baked Pumpkin Seeds 
 
Simply fry the eggs in a pan with a little butter, as the eggs start to cook, use a spatula and start smashing them up while cooking. Toast the bread, drizzle with rapeseed oil. Put the sliced avocado on the toast, add the smashed eggs and sprinkle Mediterranean Herb pumpkin seeds to serve. (serves 2)
