Immune Boosting Breakfast & Snacks advert Metro paper
Yesterday, 10th September, we had an advert of our immune boosting breakfast pots feature in the Midlands Metro paper.
The Metro typically distributes among commuters so as our porridge is very portable, it is perfect to take to work!
With the current rise of corona virus, it is really important to include foods in your diet that help boost your immunity to this and other virus's. Simplyseedz products are natural and packed with vitamins and nutrients to keep you in health. All our products are high fibre for gut health with magnesium for a healthy heart and zinc for your immunity.
We have many sports people (running, cycling, swimming, triathletes) who enjoy our high protein porridge as part of their nutrition, including Paralympians Kare Adenegan & Claire Cashmore, MBE. If you're keen to stay healthy, a Simplyseedz porridge pot is perfect to have to hand.
Earlier in the year we got a great mention* in the Mail on Sunday by Clare Bailey as the 'Breakfast pot that gets my vote' because of the nutritional content. Our range is also approved by Anita Bean, Nutritionist London Marathon.
*the Simplyseedz mention is at the bottom of an article in the You Magazine

Simplyseedz advert in the Daily Mail!
Simplyseedz first national advert in today’s Daily Mail courtesy of the Federation of Small Businesses and MailMetroMedia advertising grant.
A few months ago, in darkest lockdown, we applied for a grant from the Federation of Small Businesses to advertise with MailMetroMedia, aka Mail on Sunday, Daily Mail and Metro papers.
I’m delighted that, out of over 6000 small business applicants, Simplyseedz secured a grant, along with 1600 other small businesses, to advertise nationally.
Simplyseedz advertising campaign starts this Sunday 6th September, in the Mail on Sunday. (update - due to protestors, the print of our advert was suspended, we're hoping for it to re-run soon).
This will follow with adverts in the Daily Mail on Wednesday 9th, and then Metro on 10th or 11th September.
Plus there will be a 2 week online campaign too.
If you’re an avid reader of any of these publications, please look out for our ads! Perhaps share with friends & colleagues that we’re featuring in these papers and why you are a fabulous Simplyseedz supporter!
There will be a special discount code for you to use, so please do look out for it!
This is such a significant opportunity to build the Simplyseedz brand and once again, thank you so much for your continued support, it truly is appreciated
Please stay safe & well.

We often get asked what's the difference between our fruity porridge and a flavoured supermarket brand porridge pot. So in a nutshell (or should I say seed pod) it is this. Sugar - We don't add any sugar and we've kept the level down by using fruit, ie natural sugar (fructose) with our sweetest (Date & Apricot) being equivalent 1tspof sugar per porridge pot. On average a supermarket brand will contain more than 5 tsps of sugar, even those marked no added sugar contain around 3tsps, so beware! The sugar is hidden in milk powder. Oats - We use British grown big jumbo oats, they're full of fibre for good gut and heart health. Similar supermarket version uses a very fine oat (powder) that has very little fibre left due to milling. Beta Glucan - You may not have heard of BG but this is really key to a happy, healthy heart and lowers cholesterol. It is a natural component of oats. The RDA of Beta Glucan is 3g per day. The less the oats are milled, the better. Simplyseedz beta glucan is 4g BG per 100g Supermarket versions eg an Apple & Blueberry porridge contains 2.8g per 100g Besides the above, we only use a maximum of 5, 100% natural ingredients, all of which you can pronounce! No nasties, or peculiarities. Just clean, honest ingredients. As that's the way we like our food. #foodbuyers #retail #healthyeating
