All of our porridge can be made using hot water, milk or nut milks.

Our porridge is really easy to prepare. Make them on the hob or in the microwave or hot water stir and leave to 'brew' for a couple of minutes.

We recommend a serving size of 50g, which will keep you feeling fuller longer.

Our porridge recipes all contain British jumbo oats, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and pieces of fruit. Maximum 5 ingredients, with our Plain which has just 3 ingredients.

• QUICK & EASY TO PREPARE:
