Easy to prepare using hot water, milk or alternative milks.

Make them on the hob or in the microwave or hot water stir and leave to 'brew' for a couple of minutes.

We recommend a serving size of 50g, which will keep you feeling fuller longer.

Our porridge recipes all contain British jumbo oats, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and pieces of fruit. Maximum 5 ingredients, with our Plain which has just 3 ingredients.

• QUICK & EASY TO PREPARE: 
  • Microwave or cook on the hob. Or just add hot water or milk (dairy, almond, oat, soya all work well) stir and leave for 2 minutes. OR make as Overnight Oats
