All of our porridge can be made using hot water, milk or nut milks.

Simplyseedz porridge is really easy to prepare. You can make on the hob or cook in the microwave or even just add hot water or milk, stir and leave to 'brew' for a couple of minutes.

We recommend a serving size of 50g, which will keep you feeling fuller longer.

Simplyseedz porridge recipes all contain British jumbo oats, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and pieces of fruit. Maximum 5 key ingredients, with our Plain which has just 3 ingredients.
