All products are high fibre, high protein, with very low sugar content making them suitable for many, including diabetics.
Many supermarket brands of porridge have anywhere between 25-45% sugar! Often those that say 'no sugar' have sugar within the milk powder, whereas Simplyseedz porridge does not contain any milk powder.
The sugar content is measured from the ingredients in our recipes, from 0.01g (Plain porridge) to 11% (Date & Apricot Porridge).

Can I make your porridge in a microwave?
Yes, definitely! Pop a measure of your chosen flavour in a microwaveable bowl, add milk or water put on high for a couple of minutes, stir and serve.

Yes, all Simplyseedz porridge and snacks are fully Vegetarian Society Vegan Approved
I'm gluten free, can I eat your porridge or snacks?
There isn't any gluten in the oats we use, however there is a possible risk of contamination either in the milling of the oats or in processing so while in tests our oats come out as gluten free, we cannot guarantee.
Therefore we would not recommend our porridge if coeliac, crohns etc. Our baked pumpkin seeds are however definitely gluten free.
