The following terms and conditions will apply to any refunds and returns of items.
Please note that as food product, any items returned must be returned within 14 days of order and must be in a saleable condition, unopened and not damaged. We will confirm receipt and details of any refund due. Where refund is due, we will process within further 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
Any items returned more than 14 days after your order will be not be eligible for refund.
If you need to return an item, you should contact the Simplyseedz directly. We will advise how to return the item and where to send it. Always obtain proof or a postage receipt for any items you send back, as the return of the item is your responsibility at your cost unless agreed otherwise.
In the event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not as described you must immediately contact the Simplyseedz and advise exactly what the problem is. You must comply with our return policy in order to be eligible for any possible refund from Simplyseedz.
Any complaints and/or questions with respect to a sale transaction should be directed by you to Simplyseedz.
In the event of a refund from Simplyseedz, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the payment methods used to complete the purchase.
