Simplyseedz Easy Granola
Easy to make, delicious & nutritious homemade granola for the weekend!
1/4 mug brown sugar or Stevia
1/4 mug honey or Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup
2x tbsp coconut oil
3 mugs Simplyseedz Apricot & Cranberry oats
Handful of any broken nuts (pecan, Brazil, almonds)
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Combine sugar, honey and oil in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
Cook, stirring often until sugar is dissolved.
Pour mixture over oats and stir until oats are evenly coated.
Spread granola mixture over a non stick baking sheet and press mixture down.
Place in oven and bake for approx 40 mins, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before breaking apart and into pieces.
Store in a ziplock bag or other air tight container.
