This is super simple and only  takes a couple of minutes to prepare.

Take 1 mug Simplyseedz Plain Porridge Oats with seeds, pop in a bowl.

Add oat milk (or alternative) to cover the oats.

Add chopped strawberries or any other preferred fruit

Mix well and cover, pop in the fridge and leave overnight.

Serve with more fresh strawberries or fruit of choice.

Overnight oats will keep well in the fridge for up to 5 days, so make a batch for a quick healthy breakfast.
